Terms of Service
1.1. Estonian company Live Travel & Productions OÜ, with registration code 12549205, postal address Lauliku 77, 10913 Tallinn (hereinafter the seller) is the owner of the online store femtech.boutique and the importer or distributor of the products for sale. These e-shop terms and conditions (hereinafter the terms) apply to all persons (hereinafter the buyer or consumer) who use the seller’s e-shop. By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.
Live Travel & Productions OÜ and the customer enter into a contract after the payment for the goods has been transferred to the account of Live Travel & Productions OÜ. Goods will not be reserved or dispatched before payment.
1.2. By accepting the terms, the buyer confirms having read the terms, agrees with them and complies with them.
1.3. The seller keeps the sales contract concluded with the buyer on a permanent data medium. The seller sends an invoice to the e-mail address published by the buyer, which the buyer can save and reproduce.
- Security and processing of personal data
2.1. The seller ensures the protection and use of the buyer’s data, including personal data, in the manner prescribed in the general terms and conditions. Based on the applicable legislation and general conditions, the seller has the right to process data (including personal data) to the extent necessary for the use of the e-store or to ensure the fulfillment of the sales contract without the consent of the buyer. Among other things, as a result of the above, the seller has the right, without separate consent:
2.1.1. send the buyer notifications related to the use of e-store services, including notifications that are sent in the interests of the security of e-store users;
2.1.2. to store the order data of the buyer logged in to the e-shop for better customer service and transaction verification, including within a reasonable period of time the orders that the buyer did not complete during the session.
2.2. The seller uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transmits personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods. The online store sends the buyer newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his wish to do so by entering an e-mail address on the website and has indicated his wish to receive direct mail notifications.
2.3. At any time, the buyer has the right to opt-out from e-mail offers and newsletters, i.e. to withdraw the consent given for the marketing use of data, by sending the seller an e-mail with the relevant content or by following the instructions in the direct marketing offer sent to his e-mail address to refuse to receive further direct marketing offers.
- Scope and validity of the terms
3.1. The terms and conditions apply to all private and legal persons who use the services of the shopping environment www.femtech.boutique or Live Travel & Productions OÜ.
3.2. In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of products via the seller’s e-shop are governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
3.3. The seller has the right to amend and supplement these terms and conditions and the price list due to the development of the e-shop and in the interests of better and safer use of the e-shop. Changes and additions to the terms and price list will be announced via the website www.femtech.boutique. Changes and additions to the terms and conditions and the price list take effect from the publication of the corresponding change or by adding them on the website www. femtech.boutique. If you submitted your order before the changes to the conditions entered into force, the legal relationship between you and the seller will be subject to the conditions in force at the time you submitted the order, unless otherwise provided by law or these conditions.

5.1. The prices of the e-shop are given in euros (€) and are valid for timely payment of the invoice in accordance with the provisions of clause 7.
5.2. All prices include VAT according to the current VAT law.
5.3. The service provider has the right to change the prices displayed in the e-shop at any time. If prices have been changed in the e-store after the service user has placed an order and paid for it, the seller undertakes to deliver the corresponding products to the user at the prices valid at the time of the order. In this case, neither the service user nor the provider has the right to demand compensation for the price difference.
- Shopping basket and ordering
6.1. The buyer can add the desired products or product sets from the online store to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button, after which the buyer can choose to shop more items or direct itself to the payment page.
6.2. You can change the number of products in the shopping cart. You can also change the order quantity of the product(s). To confirm the change, press the “Update cart” button. Press the “Shop” button to continue shopping for more products. You will be redirected to the e-shop page.
6.3. Click the “Go to checkout” button to finalize your purchase. You will be directed to the subscriber’s details page. On the subscriber’s data page, enter the required data and select the shipping method. To confirm your purchase, click the “Go to Pay” button. You will be directed to the payment method selection page.
6.4. Be careful when filling in the fields on the customer data and order confirmation pages, because the speedy and trouble-free delivery of the products you have purchased depends on the accuracy and correctness of this information.
6.5. An order confirmation is automatically generated after the payment of the purchase order is made. After making the purchase, the confirmation is automatically sent to the buyer’s e-mail address, which is a mandatory information field when placing a purchase order. If the confirmation has not been sent to the buyer’s e-mail for some reason, the seller must be immediately informed by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and the confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as possible.
6.6. The contract for the sale of products is deemed concluded (the contract comes into force) from the receipt of the amount to be paid after the order confirmation to the seller’s current account. After making the advance payment, it is important that the buyer goes back to the service provider from the bank link.
- Payment for products
7.1. To make the payment, select your preferred payment method on the order submission page.
7.2. You can pay for the products:
7.2.1. Through Internet banking. Payment methods are offered by Montonio Finance, LHV, Bolt Pay later and Esto.
7.2.2. In cash. If you want to pay in cash and pick up the product yourself, send an e-mail to email@example.com or call +372 52 31 579. The procedure and place for settling the order will be discussed with you.
7.2.3. By bank transfer. If you want to pay by bank transfer, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or call +372 52 31 579. Our bank details are: Live Travel & Productions OÜ • EE157700771001836201, SWIFT: LHVBEE22.
7.2.4. With installment payment, by filling in the installment payment fields.
7.3. The order will be canceled if the purchase amount has not been received within 14 days.
- Delivery and handover of products
8.1. After the contract enters into force in accordance with clause 6.6 of the terms and conditions, the products will be delivered to you by the delivery method chosen by you.
8.2. The e-shop uses the services of DPD, Itella and Omniva parcel machines to send goods. The e-shop offers transport only within Estonia and Finland. Transport is free if the cost of the order is at least 290 euros (two hundred and ninety euros). In the case of a lower cart total the cost of delivery to the parcel machine is 3-10 euros (three to ten euros).
8.3. If you want to pick up the products yourself, please contact customer support, a pick-up time will be agreed separately with you.
8.4. In the event that the product ordered by you is not in stock and it must be specially ordered from the supplier, and it is obvious that the delivery of the product within the delivery period specified in the terms and conditions is not possible, and in other cases when the timely delivery of the products is not possible due to circumstances for which the seller is not responsible, we will notify you of this via the contact phone number or e-mail provided when placing the order within three working days from the entry into force of the contract in accordance with clause 6.6 of the terms and conditions, and we will also inform you of the delivery deadline for the product you ordered. If you lose interest in the product due to a longer delivery time, you have the right to cancel your order (see point 10 for more details) and the amount you paid will be returned.
8.5. If the products you ordered have been handed over to the courier company, the courier company will send you a message when the order has arrived at the parcel machine you selected.
8.6. The courier company will deliver the products to the parcel machine specified by you when placing the order. It is not possible to change the destination later.
8.7. Please ensure the correctness of the contact information provided when placing the order to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the products. The seller and the courier company are not responsible for product delivery delays and misunderstandings if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracy or incorrectness of the data provided by you when placing the order.
8.8. We ask you to report the product with damaged packaging to the address email@example.com or to the contact phone (+372) 52 31 579. The product with damaged packaging will be replaced by the courier company.
8.9. The delivery time of the products is 1-5 working days if the products are in stock. In the event that the products are not in stock, action will be taken according to point 8.4. The longest possible delivery time is 7 working days during holidays.
- Customer service
9.1. The seller offers customer service in case of technical questions about the purchased products. If you wish, please contact us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or contact phone (+372) 52 31 579.
- Order cancellation and product return
10.1. You have the right to cancel the order after paying for the products before the products are delivered by sending an e-mail to the seller at email@example.com, making sure to include the order number and your current account details.
10.2. After receiving the products, you have 14 days to familiarize yourself with the products. If the purchased product does not suit you for any reason, you can return or exchange the product by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. It is possible to return the product via Omniva or Itella post machines. In the case of the return of products with signs of use, the seller has the right to refuse or agree on compensation for the reduction of the value of the item. For settlement, the seller sends you a settlement statement to the e-mail address you provided when placing the order. In the event that you do not agree with the decrease in value shown in the settlement notice, you have the right to engage an independent expert to determine the decrease in value of the product. The costs related to the expertise will be divided in half between you and the seller, unless the position of one of the parties turns out to be unfounded. In such a case, the costs related to the expertise shall be borne by the party whose position was apparently unfounded. Certain goods (underwear) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
10.3. In the case of cancellation of the order in the case provided in clause 10.1 or in case of withdrawal from the order in the case provided in clause 10.2, the amount paid for the purchase will be returned to you. We will return the money for the returned product to your current account no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal reaches us, provided that you have returned the goods within the same period, i.e. within 14 days, except for the case provided in clause 10.4 of these terms and conditions.
10.4. The product to be returned must be complete (include the original packaging and all items included in the product package (including cable, etc.). If the product was purchased as part of a campaign, where another product is added to the product, you must return the complete set (i.e. all products).
10.5. For returning the goods you can use the return code from the message you received the goods with.
11.1. The online store mediates the manufacturer’s warranty for the electronic devices sold, as well as issues and conditions related to the warranty. A two-year warranty applies to goods sold in the online store, unless otherwise stated on the product. A full warranty is offered for the products sold by the seller, in which case the broken or scrap product will be replaced as soon as possible at no additional cost to the customer. A broken or scrap product must be sent via Omniva, Itella or DPP parcel machines or delivered by yourself. If the non-working product is considered under warranty, the seller will send a new product to the customer. In this case, the shipping costs are covered by the seller.
11.2. To exchange the product, please contact via e-mail email@example.com. Warranty maintenance is based on the invoice issued by the seller. The warranty period is valid from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice + 3 days or from the indicated moment of handover.
11.3. The warranty does not cover:
11.3.1. Device software/app, consumable parts (if their warranty is not specified separately by the manufacturer in the product user manual or product information page), packaging and documentation.
11.3.2. Malfunctions and physical injuries caused by accidental or intentional physical injury or by foreign objects, liquids, insects, excessive dust, etc. that have entered the interior of the device.
11.3.3. Malfunctions caused by incorrect use of the equipment and disregard of the requirements of the user manual (use of the product in different environmental conditions than usual).
11.3.4. Malfunctions and physical injuries caused by the use of non-original parts or unsuitable accessories.
12.1. Product images are illustrative.
12.2. Product prices and availability may change without notice. In this case, the seller reserves the right to cancel the sale and return the money to the client’s current account within 14 working days.
12.3. The seller reserves the right to cancel the sale if any of the following problems have occurred with the product: human error when entering the price or a technical error in the system.
12.4. Product information is checked and improved regularly. The data may have been updated since your last visit. Due to the insufficiency of the manufacturer’s data cards, there may be inaccuracies in the product information of the seller’s e-store. In this case, the seller’s e-shop does not take responsibility for the correctness of the product data. However, before making a purchase, we recommend that you check the accuracy of the product information on our customer service phone (+372) 52 31 579.
12.5. The user must read the manual carefully before using the products.
12.6. The buyer releases the seller from any liability related to the use of the Daysy fertility monitor and other products for the user’s health.
- Liability and force majeure
13.1. The seller is responsible to the party and the buyer is responsible to the seller for the damage caused to the other party by violation of these terms and conditions in the cases and to the extent stipulated in the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
13.2. The seller is not responsible for damages caused to you or for delays in product delivery that the lead seller could not influence and the arrival of which the seller did not and could not foresee (force majeure).
- Other Terms
14.1. If the buyer has claims arising from ordering and purchasing products from the seller’s e-store, they must be sent by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone: +372 52 31 579.
If the buyer and the online store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to the The Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. You can familiarize yourself with the procedural conditions and submit an application here. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the online store. Review of the buyer’s complaint by the commission is free of charge. Disputes are settled based on the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia. The buyer can also turn to the platform for resolving consumer disputes of the European Union.
