Shipping
We deliver to Latvia and Lithuania on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the following business day. Estimated time for standard delivery to: 1-5 business days (includes packing and posting)

The delivery timeframes above refer to the time between your order being dispatched and it arriving to you only; this is not inclusive of the handling time between an order being placed and it being ready for shipping. If you place an order by 10am your order will be packed the same day and sent from our Estonian warehouse.
Whilst every reasonable effort is made to meet these timeframes, very busy sale periods or unforeseen events may cause a delay. In these instances, we will not be liable for providing a refund of shipping costs.

Which payment options do we use?
You can pay via bank link, bank transfer or credit card. Our partner for payments is Monitonio. The Montonio payment solution enables online stores to accept payments from major Baltic banks. Montonio uses payment initiation to process payments, which has quickly become equivalent to traditional bank links in its functionality. We currently support the payment links of the following banks: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop, Luminor, Šiaulių Bankas, Medicinos Bankas, Nordea and OP.

Where are we located
We are based in Tallinn, Estonia. The orders are sent out from our warehouses in Tallinn. We use Omniva, Itella and DPD parcel machines to deliver our products which makes it easy to order from the Baltic states.
